In these Terms & Conditions, the term “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity that places an order through this website (wrenbury.com). The term “Seller” refers to Wrenbury, unless otherwise specified on a product page.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged during transit. In such cases, the item may be exchanged. Please note: the cost and responsibility of return shipping are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
To file a claim, you must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of the delivery time listed on your tracking number. Please include your order number in the subject line, attach relevant photos of the damage, and send your claim to order@wrenbury.com. We will respond promptly.
Domestic shipping is fulfilled through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the option selected at checkout.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days of handling time before your order is shipped.
Note: Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the time of year or carrier delays.
If your tracking information shows a package as “Delivered,” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
By placing an order on this website, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts that responsibility for the shipment transfers from the Seller to the Buyer once the package has been scanned by the selected shipping carrier. Wrenbury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including where the package was placed by the carrier.
